Guided by some of the world’s leading educators,Leo Sakaguchi has studied neuroscience, philosophy,
personality psychology, cognitive psychology, social psychology, and behavioral psychology. He began his career as a counselor at the age of 16 and has since provided guidance to over 10,000 individuals, including public figures and professionals across diverse fields.

At the age of 20, he earned a rare qualification in a psychoanalytic method so complex it takes years to master—and has been obtained by only a few dozen individuals worldwide. He also played a key role in completing Psychology of Food and Psychological drive (PFP), a once incomplete model within psychosomatic medicine. Following this breakthrough, he founded the International PFP Research Federation,contributing to its development alongside fellow researchers.

As the CEO of Noble Gate Ltd., Leo Sakaguchi channels his academic knowledge into dynamic, multifaceted business ventures.

In one such endeavor, he collaborates with master artisans in Italy to create and distribute world-class jewelry using exquisite gemstones sourced from Sri Lanka. He also pioneered a groundbreaking technique—successfully producing pigment from finely crushed gemstones while preserving their original brilliance and color. These pigments are now used in artwork and textiles, offering a new way to share the ancient benefits of gemstones with the world.

With his Japanese–Sri Lankan heritage, Sakaguchi actively bridges cultures. He founded Ukiyo Jewelry’s, a unique brand that fuses traditional Japanese craftsmanship with the natural beauty of Sri Lankan gems—introducing a new form of decorative art and valuable cultural export.

He also operates a training gym featuring his original system, MWP-10, which combines psychological motivation control with the well-known ADF diet method. Serving as his own test subject, he continues to explore the future of bodybuilding and physical transformation.

Recently, Sakaguchi has expanded into software development, taking his business ventures onto the global
stage.
